Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to identify the locations of the policies of the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, the Tennessee Board of Regents, The College System of Tennessee, and Dyersburg State Community College.
Scope:
This policy applies to all faculty staff members at Dyersburg State Community College.

The Tennessee Higher Education Commission is the governing body of the University of Tennessee System and the Tennessee Board of Regents, The College System of Tennessee.
The Tennessee Board of Regents, The College System of Tennessee is the governing agency directly responsible for Dyersburg State Community College.
