Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to encourage Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) faculty members to participate in professional organizations.
Scope:
This policy applies to all faculty members.
Policy:
Faculty members are encouraged as part of their continuing professional development to seek membership in professional organizations which reflect their academic background and teaching interests. Faculty members are further encouraged to attend and participate in meetings of professional organizations.
Compliance:
All faculty members should adhere to this policy.
