06:08:08:00 Faculty Compensation Paid from Grants & Contract Funds

Purpose:

The purpose of this policy is to explain that individuals in grant-funded positions are subject to the same policies as regular Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) employees in regard to compensation and benefits.

Scope:

This policy applies to all faculty and staff hired through grant funds.

Policy:

Faculty and staff hired to fill positions funded by external grants shall be subject to the same policies governing compensation and benefits as regular employees. This applies to summer salaries for faculty paid from grant and contract funds.

Compliance:

All faculty and staff hired with grant funding are expected to adhere to this policy.
